The FJ60, FJ62 and FJ80 Toyota Land Cruiser cars are equipped with a 4-door body the versatile person.
On the FJ60 cars which were issued in 1980-1987 the engine 2F was installed. Engines 3F-E were installed on the FJ62 cars (1988-1990). Cars of the FJ80 series were issued from 1989 to 1997 and were completed with two-shaft verkhneklapanny engines 1FZ-FE.
The engine 2F is carburetor, the drive of valves is provided with the bars connected to pushers ("pushrod" – the engine). Engines 3F-E and 1FZ-FE are injector, the drive of valves same as well as in the engine 2F. All cars all-wheel drive, main leading axis back. The drive on forward (back) wheels is provided via the transfer case and a reducer. Cars have dependent suspension brackets, forward and back axes are executed in the form of bridges. Elastic elements of both suspension brackets are springs (FJ60, FJ62) or springs with shock-absorbers (FJ80).
The reducer of steering is mounted to the left of the engine and connected with wheels levers and drafts. All cars are equipped with the power steering.
Brakes disk or drum, are equipped by the vacuum amplifier.
