2.25. Air gate of the carburetor

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check is carried out on the cold engine. Designate and disconnect hoses and uncover the air filter.
2. The gate is in the top part of the carburetor (it is specified by an arrow). Squeeze out to the full a pedal of a butterfly valve – the gate has to be closed completely. Start the engine – at start the gate has to be slightly opened a little.
3. In process of warming up of the engine the gate has to be slightly opened a little.
4. Several minutes later the gate has to open completely. Press sharply a pedal of a butterfly valve and be convinced that the cam of bystry idling left gearing with the lever.
5. At completely covered gate the engine has to work at the raised idling turns. In process of opening of the air gate the butterfly valve moves and brings a cam out of gearing with the lever, turns of idling decrease.
