2.35. Replacement of the fuel filter

GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

Execute actions for a decompression of fuel system.

Works are performed on the cold engine.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Carburetor engines
1. The filter is mounted from below about the fuel tank (in this case lift the car), or in a motor compartment.
2. Weaken a collar.
3. Disconnect hoses from the filter. Replace Sdeformirovanny hoses.
	4. Get the filter, establish new, collect upside-down. Track that the arrow on the case was directed towards a hose from the carburetor. Start the engine and be convinced of lack of a leak.
Injector engines
	5. Turn off bolts of unions, designate and disconnect hoses, turn off bolts of an arm and remove the filter.
6. Weaken a collar, remove the filter and establish new by a fillet down. Further assembly is carried out upside-down. Replace laying of unions.
