Adjusting data of the carburetor are specified in the podkapotny plate.

As a rule, signs of abnormal operation of the carburetor are transfusion of gasoline in the float-operated camera, the complicated launch of the engine, frequent stops of the engine idling, the return emissions of a flame and the slowed-down dispersal of the car.

Some reasons of abnormal operation of the engine which often contact the carburetor are caused by violation of tightness of hoses, the wrong adjustment of the engine, a leak from under laying.


1. Before dismantling of the carburetor it is necessary to execute the following events.
2. Check integrity of vacuum hoses and correctness of their accession.
3. Check an inhaling of nuts and bolts of the carburetor and the soaking-up collector.
4. Check a compression in cylinders.
5. Check integrity of wires of system of ignition.
6. Clear spark plugs.
7. Check operation of the accelerating pump, having removed the air filter and having pressed the lever of a butterfly valve.
8. Check opening of a butterfly valve.
9. Check serviceability of the valve of recirculation and a zolotnik of ventilation of a case.
10. Checks of electronic knots of the carburetor are carried out in car service.


It is recommended to buy the restored carburetor, being guided on a label on the case of the old unit (numbers according to the catalog have to coincide completely).

At dismantling assembly and cleaning of the carburetor it is necessary to keep a former order of installation of all details.
