5.1.8.3. Removal and installation of the carburetor

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn off a stopper of a gasoline tank and disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Remove the case of the air filter.
3. Disconnect a cable of the drive of a butterfly valve.
4. On cars with automatic transmission disconnect a cable of switching to a low gear (kick - down - the mode).
5. Designate and disconnect all vacuum hoses and a hose of supply of fuel from the carburetor.
6. Designate and disconnect all sockets from the carburetor.
7. Turn off bolts of fastening and remove the carburetor and laying.
8. Muffle an opening in a collector.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is carried out upside-down, with observance of the following rules.
2. Remove the laying material remains.
3. Replace laying of the carburetor.
4. Tighten fastening bolts in a cross order with m 20 N.' moment, doing 1/4 turns at one time.
5. Adjust kick cable - down - the mode.
