Prevention

At detection of a leak replace the cylinder. Cylinders change only in couple on an axis.


Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the car.
2. Remove blocks.
3. Clear the wheel cylinder.
4. Unscrew the union (A) of a hydraulic actuator and bolts (V), a tube not to disconnect.
5. Turn off bolts of fastening of the cylinder.
6. Remove the cylinder and muffle tubes.

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn out the union for pumping, remove dustproof covers, get pistons with cuffs and springs.
2. Wash out details alcohol or brake fluid.
3. Dry and blow channels of the cylinder.
4. Check a condition of a surface of the cylinder. At detection of strong damages (scratches) replace the cylinder.
5. Grease new cuffs with brake fluid.
6. Install cuffs on pistons so that edges of cuffs were turned in the cylinder.
7. Collect the cylinder.
8. Install the cylinder, wrap bolts by hand. Wrap the union and tighten fastening bolts (see rice. The scheme of installation of cylinders on brakes with a horizontal arrangement of blocks).
9. Tighten the union and establish blocks.
10. Remove air from a hydraulic actuator.
11. Check work of brakes.
