GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

If the collector is disconnected only for removal of a head of cylinders, then turn off bolts and take him aside, without disconnecting hoses and wires. Below the procedure of dismantle of a collector from the engine as separate detail is described.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Execute a decompression of fuel system (see subsection 5.2.2)
3. Designate and disconnect vacuum hoses from a collector.
4. Remove the gate case (see subsection 5.2.9.2.1) and the leveling camera (see subsection 5.2.9.2.6).
5. Remove a comb of the distributor of fuel and a nozzle (see subsection 5.2.9.2.5).
6. Designate and disconnect hoses from the valve of recirculation and from the modulating vacuum valve. Turn out a recirculation tube from a collector.
7. Disconnect from a collector a wire on weight (the junction is specified by an arrow).
8. Turn off bolts and nuts (are specified by shooters) and remove a collector.

Prevention

Working from below the car disconnect brackets of fastening of wires, the lower bolts and 2 nuts of fastening of couple of steel tubes to a collector.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear a collector, check a condition of the demountable plane, if necessary to a proshlifuyta.
2. Establish new laying, establish a collector and wrap bolts and nuts.
3. Tighten bolts and nuts evenly, with the set moment, being displaced from the center to the periphery.
4. Establish other details upside-down.
5. Before start of the engine check freedom of movement of a cable of a butterfly valve.
6. Start the engine and be convinced of lack of a leak of cooling liquid and tightness of vacuum connections.
7. Check the car in road conditions.
