The description of a procedure for test of the pump and pressure of fuel (see subsection 5.2.3).

Pressure regulator on cars of 1988-92.

Disconnect a hose of the return supply of fuel, turn off two bolts and remove the regulator.

1. Vacuum hose

2. Return fuel pipe

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Execute a decompression of fuel system and disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the regulator.
3. Substitute the pallet under the return fuel hose.
4. On cars of 1988-92 – turn off a bolt of the union of a hose of the return fuel pipe like "banjo", remove washers and disconnect the return fuel pipe from pressure regulator. On cars since 1993 – weaken a collar and disconnect a hose of the return fuel pipe from pressure regulator.
5. On cars of 1988-92 – turn off bolts and remove the regulator (see rice. Pressure regulator on cars of 1988-92). On cars since 1993 – turn out the regulator (see rice. Pressure regulator on cars since 1993).
6. Replace a sealing ring and be convinced of correctness of installation of the regulator on the distributor.
7. Further installation is carried out upside-down
