Removal and installation

NAVE WITH MANUAL BLOCKING

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Rearrange a nave cap in situation Free (the nave is unblocked).
2. Turn off bolts of fastening and remove a cap nut together with the coupling.
3. Get a lock ring.
4. Turn off nave case nuts.
5. The brass hammer weaken and remove a conic washer.
6. Remove the nave case.
7. If further dismantling of the coupling of a nave is necessary for cleaning, then pay special attention much of assembly of details.
8. Clear all details on one, without breaking their order.
9. Execute assembly of the coupling as it should be the return to dismantling.
10. Assembly is carried out upside-down.
11. Replace all laying and grease vents with universal lubricant.
12. Transfer the handle to situation Free and establish a cap flange so that ears on a flange came into case grooves.

SELF-LOCKING NAVE

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Take off a cap.
2. Turn off bolts of fastening of a flange.
3. The brass hammer weaken and remove a conic washer.
4. Get a lock ring and remove a nave.
5. Assembly is carried out upside-down.
