GENERAL INFORMATION

On cars 2 driveshafts (forward and back) are installed which transfer torque from the transfer case to reducers of back and forward bridges. Shaft are equipped with 2 cardan fork hinges. Driveshafts are balanced and at assembly have to be installed precisely in initial situation.

Forward and back axes are executed in the form of bridges in which reducers and half shafts are mounted. The half shafts of the back bridge semi-unloaded or completely unloaded type (depending on model and year of release of the car), half shafts of the forward bridge of completely unloaded type.

It is easy for half shaft of completely unloaded type to distinguish from the fastening bolts semi-unloaded on a wreath to a nave.

Any works on dismantling and assembly of a reducer are carried out in car service.
