Coupling is dry, one-disk diaphragm type with the hydraulic drive.

The contour of a hydraulic actuator switched on consistently main and working cylinders via which transfer of effort from a pedal to a fork and on the release bearing of switching off of coupling is provided.

Adjustment of coupling is carried out automatically.

Indications of wear of coupling are pro-slipping and the characteristic howling sound at transfer inclusion. In this case considerable wear of a flywheel and press disk is possible.

Wear of a frictional disk depends on skills of driving, wear is accelerated by frequent application of pro-slipping, or driving with breakthroughs owing to "throwing" of a pedal. Approximately frictional disk should be changed through 64000 km.

It is recommended to execute the following preliminary checks which allow to define a condition of coupling.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check liquid level, if necessary restore (if the tank is empty, then add liquid and pump over a hydraulic actuator).
2. For check of pro-slipping of coupling press a pedal idling of the engine and several seconds later turn on the reverse gear. The gnash will indicate the increased wear of press or frictional disks.
3. Check completeness of switching off of coupling.
4. For this purpose on the working engine press a coupling pedal so that the pedal did not reach a floor on 13 mm.
5. Several times switch from the 1st transfer to back. The complicated switching indicates wear of details.
6. Check the course of a rod of the working cylinder at completely pressed pedal. If the course is small, then check liquid level.
7. Check a condition of the directing bearing, be convinced that the clutch release fork lever has no side play on an axis.
