PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Be convinced of smoothness of the course of draft of a butterfly valve.

2. Start the engine, disconnect a vacuum hose and by means of the vacuum gage check depression on each of channels of the case according to tables for discharge check.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Prevention Works are performed on the cold engine.
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Weaken collars and remove an air duct.
3. Disconnect a drive cable from the gate drive lever.
4. Remove an arm of a cable and take aside (it is not necessary to get a cable from an arm).
5. On cars with automatic transmission, disconnect a transmission gate cable from draft (see subsection 7.2.8), disconnect cable arms from the engine and take aside.
6. Designate and disconnect all vacuum hoses and hoses of the cooling system from the camera of a butterfly valve.
7. Disconnect the socket of the sensor of an angle of rotation of a butterfly valve.
8. Turn off four bolts of fastening of the camera of a butterfly valve.

9. Remove the case of a butterfly valve and laying.
10. A soft brush and a cleaner of the carburetor carefully clear all cast surfaces of the case, then blow all channels compressed air. Prevention It is forbidden to wash out the sensor of an angle of rotation of a butterfly valve any means. Carefully wipe the sensor with pure soft fabric.
11. Installation is carried out upside-down.
12. Tighten bolts and nuts of the case with the set moment.
