Prevention

Works are performed on the cold engine.


Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Merge liquid from the cooling system.
3. Remove the carburetor or the leveling camera (see subsection 5.1.8.3 and subsection 5.2.9.2.6).
4. Remove the air pump and an air collector (see subsection 6.3).
5. Turn off bolts and remove an arm of a final collector.
6. Disconnect the highway from the fuel distributor (on injector engines, see subsection 5.2.9.2.5).
7. Remove a thermal guard.
8. Remove the pump of the hydraulic booster and take aside, without disconnecting the highway.
9. On cars with automatic transmission disconnect draft of a throttle of transmission.
10. Disconnect a recirculation tube (see subsection 3.2.4).
11. Turn off 2 bolts and 2 nuts of fastening of an exhaust pipe to a collector.
12. Disconnect the socket from the oxygen sensor.
13. Turn off bolts and nuts, remove dividing plugs. Remove collectors.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear the planes of the consolidation remains.
2. If the collector changes, then rearrange on a new collector all details since replaced.
3. Establish new laying and collectors.
4. Tighten bolts and nuts in the specified sequence, with the set moment (see rice. Designation of bolts of fastening of collectors on the engine 3F-E).
5. Establish all removed details upside-down.
6. Start the engine and be convinced of lack of a leak.
