Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Lift a car front. |
| 2. Disconnect steering drafts from a fist. |
| 3. Remove brake details. |
| 4. Remove a half shaft. |

5. Turn off epiploon case bolts. |
|
6. Turn off nuts of the lever and remove conic washers (are specified by shooters). |
|
7. Remove the top cover of bearings and remote laying. |
| 8. Remove bearings and designate them ("right top", "right lower", etc.). |
| 9. Remove the remains of old lubricant from bearings, a fork and a fist, having washed out solvent. |
| 10. Check a condition of bearings, existence on rollers of cracks, a vykrashivaniye and wear tracks. Check a condition of rings of bearings in forks. Replace worn-out bearings, having removed rings with blows to a brass mandrel. Rings and holders of rollers change in a set. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
|
1. Put refractory lubricant in holders of bearings, with a force having pressed on the bearing so that lubricant came into holder separators. |
| 2. Apply a thin film of lubricant on a guide. |
| 3. Establish a new epiploon. |
| 4. Install the top bearing in a fork, insert the lower bearing. |
| 5. Holding the lower bearing, dress a fist on a fork of the bridge and establish laying and the top cover. Wrap bolts. |
| 6. Install the lever, conic washers, wrap nuts. Tighten nuts and bolts of covers of the top and lower bearings with the set moment. |
|
7. Check a preliminary tightness in bearings. If the moment differs from normal, then pick up thickness of remote laying, having removed a part of laying or having established new. |
Prevention
Increase in thickness of laying reduces a preliminary tightness in bearings, reduction of thickness leads to increase in a tightness.
