Check, removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Release nuts of wheels, lift the car and establish on supports.
2. Remove wheels and wrap nuts of wheels into place to record a disk concerning a nave (to provide application of effort to a disk, it is possible to dress washers).
3. Release the emergency brake.
4. On forward disk brakes remove blocks, remove a support, take aside and fix.
	5. On back brakes remove a support arm, having turned off bolts.
	6. Check a condition of a disk on both sides. At detection of traces of deep development (depth more than 1,0 mm) remove a disk and a proshlifuyta.
	7. Check a beating, having installed the arrow indicator in 13 mm from edge of a disk.
	8. If the beating on the indicator exceeds norm, then remove a disk and a proshlifuyta.
Prevention The disk is recommended to be removed and ground periodically on it is dependent on indications of the indicator. At least it can be made by hand a small skin to reduce a roughness.
	9. After grinding thickness of a disk should not be less maximum permissible which is cast on a disk. On the right value of extreme diameter of the brake drum of the emergency brake is specified.
	10. Check disk thickness. Measure thickness in several places.
11. After checks remove a nave, turn off bolts and remove a disk.
12. At assembly tighten bolts with the set moment and adjust bearings.
Prevention On cars till 1990 it is necessary to vypressovat nave hairpins.
13. Remove a back disk, having turned off temporarily wrapped up nuts.
14. If the disk does not give in to removal, then release the adjusting screw of the emergency brake and the rubber hammer bring down a disk.
15. At assembly of forward brakes put lubricant and adjust bearings (see subsection 2.39).
16. Establish a back disk on hairpins, establish an arm of a support and delay all fastenings with the set moment.
17. Establish blocks and antinoise plates.
18. Establish a support and tighten fastening bolts.
19. After assembly press several times a brake pedal.
20. Check work of brakes.
