Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the driveshaft.
2. Clamp a shaft in a vice, designate the provision of forks of the hinge and get lock rings of glasses of bearings.
3. Vypressuyte bearing glass.
4. For this purpose establish a crosspiece in a vice via the plug on the one hand and through a mandrel with another.
5. Squeeze a vice until the glass of the bearing does not appear at the edge of a fork. An alligator wrench or flat-nose pliers get a bearing glass.
6. Rearrange a mandrel and the plug and a vypressuyta an opposite glass.
7. Having removed glasses, carefully clear a fork.
8. Put lubricant in new glasses that at assembly needles were not scattered.
9. Establish a crosspiece and insert a glass into a fork.
10. Orient a crosspiece so that the direction of a butterdish coincided with the direction of a butterdish on the opposite end of a shaft (if butterdishes are provided).
11. Insert a crosspiece into the bearing, insert the opposite bearing.
12. Carefully, without having damaged epiploons, press bearings, having combined them with crosspiece necks.
13. Establish rings.
14. If necessary kill with strong blow to a fork that rings became in the place.
15. If rings do not come into flutes, then disassemble the hinge and check freedom of rotation of bearings on crosspiece necks.
16. Install the driveshaft.
17. Grease crosspieces (if there are butterdishes).
