GENERAL INFORMATION

Details of the working cylinder of coupling

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Lift a car front.
3. Disconnect the highway of a hydraulic actuator from the cylinder, merge liquid and muffle tubes.
4. Turn off two bolts.
5. Remove the cylinder.

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a cover and a spring ring.
2. Beat out the piston and get a spring.
3. Check a condition of an internal surface of the cylinder наощупь.
4. At detection of a roughness replace the cylinder.
5. Collect the cylinder, having tracked correctness of installation of new sealants.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is carried out upside-down.
2. Enter a pusher into dredging on a clutch release fork lever.
3. Fix the cylinder, attach a hose and remove air from a hydraulic actuator.
