SELF-DIAGNOSTICS (1993-94)
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |

1. On cars of 1993-94 the control unit of transmission possesses self-diagnostics function. The refusal is registered fire of a lamp of O/D OFF. |
| 2. For reading of diagnostic codes transfer the ignition key to position of ON and press the O/D-button. On the switch the lamp has to light up, besides, O/D OFF lamp has to light up. |

3. Connect накоротко conclusions of the TT diagnostic socket and E1. |
| 4. Consider codes on O/D OFF lamp blinking. If there is no refusal, then the lamp blinks with the period 0,5 sec. In case of refusal detection at first the first figure of a code, and in 1,5 seconds – the second figure will be highlighted (for example if at first the lamp blinked 4 times, and then 2, then a code of malfunction 42). |

5. After repair erase codes from memory. For this purpose get a safety lock 10A DOME for the period of not less than 10 sec. It is also possible to disconnect the battery from weight, but at the same time in memory also other codes will be destroyed. |

SELF-DIAGNOSTICS (1995-97)

| 1. On cars of 1995-97 the system of onboard diagnostics of OBD II is installed and reading of diagnostic codes of automatic transmission requires the special expensive scanner. |
| 2. Therefore reading of codes is recommended to be carried out in car service. |
