5.2.9.2.5. Distributor of fuel and nozzle

Check

Execute checks of system of injection (see subsection 5.2.9.1).

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Execute a decompression.
2. Disconnect the battery from weight.
3. Disconnect a hose of ventilation of a case from a head of cylinders and the soaking-up collector.
4. Remove the leveling camera (see subsection 5.2.9.2.6).
5. Apply accurately distinguishable tags on each socket of a nozzle. Disconnect sockets from nozzles and take conducting aside.
6. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the fuel distributor.
7. Disconnect fuel hoses from the regulator of pressure and the distributor.
8. Turn off bolts of fastening of the distributor of fuel (are specified by shooters).
9. Remove the fuel distributor with nozzles.
10. Get from the distributor of a nozzle and put in a box with an individual tag.
11. If nozzles do not change, then replace rings and a sealant. Remove a ring from a nozzle.
12. Remove a sealant and get rings from openings in an inlet collector.
13. Nozzles are established upside-down.
14. Tighten bolts of fastening of the distributor of fuel with the set moment.

STARTING NOZZLE (1988-92)

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the socket.
2. Check resistance between conclusions and compare to standard.
3. If resistance meets standard, then the nozzle is serviceable, check serviceability of the relay of a nozzle.
4. If resistance differs from norm, then replace a nozzle.
5. Attach the socket.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Execute a decompression and disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Disconnect the nozzle socket.

3. Substitute the pallet and unscrew the union.

4. Turn off nuts and remove a nozzle with laying.
5. Check a nozzle torch at the stand (it is carried out in car service).
6. Establish a nozzle upside-down.

RELAY OF THE STARTING NOZZLE (1988-92)

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check relay resistance (is near the thermostat).
2. At a temperature below 15 °C resistance has to be 30–50 Ohms.
3. Warm up the engine. At a temperature above 30 °C resistance has to be 70–90 Ohms.
4. Resistance between STA conclusion (with it is black / a red wire) has to be 30–90 Ohms.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Merge liquid.
2. Turn out the relay a tubular face key.
3. Installation is carried out upside-down.
