3.1.20. Back epiploon of the crankshaft

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The epiploon can be removed without dismantle of the oil pallet or the crankshaft.
2. Remove the check point (transmission) (see subsection 7.1.2 or subsection 7.2.8).
3. Remove coupling.
4. Remove a flywheel (drive plate).
5. Carefully hook and get an epiploon.
6. Clear and check a condition of a surface of a pro-point under an epiploon in the block of cylinders and the crankshaft neck condensed by an epiploon. At detection of deep development replace the crankshaft.
7. Grease working edges of a new epiploon with molybdenic lubricant, grease external edges with universal jellied lubricant.
8. Carefully dress an epiploon on a neck of the crankshaft and press an epiploon a mandrel.
9. Further assembly is carried out upside-down. Establish transmission (see subsection 7.1.2 or subsection 7.2.8).
