3.1.11. Crankshaft pulley

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Designate and take off drive belts.
3. Lift a car front.
4. Turn off 6 bolts and remove a pulley of the pump of the hydraulic booster from a crankshaft pulley.
5. Turn off a pulley bolt for what fix the crankshaft adaptation. In the absence of adaptation record a flywheel (automatic transmission) or include transfer and the emergency brake (manual transmission).
6. Remove a pulley a stripper.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Replace a forward epiploon (see subsection 3.1.12).
2. Grease a back part of a pulley with molybdenic lubricant.
3. Dress a pulley, having combined a groove with a spline of the crankshaft and easy blows of the hammer with soft brisk (or rotating a bolt) to a napressuyta a pulley.
4. Tighten a bolt (nut) with the set moment.
5. Further assembly is carried out upside-down.
